Welcome to the 2004 Fall Remodelors Tour

The Metropolitan Builders Association and our Remodelors Council welcomes you to the 20th Annual Fall Remodelors Tour. This year's tour features 18 projects from some of the areas best remodelors. The Fall Tour is the annual showcase of remodeling projects that allows the public to get up close and personal with some of the best remodeling projects in the area.

The variety of locations, project types, and remodelors will provide something for everyone. Whole house remodels makes quite a showing. Also popular are sunrooms, kitchens, family rooms and master bedroom and bathroom suites. Specialities such as an enclosed swimming pool and sunroom, two-story addition to a turn of the century four-square farmhouse, a home theater and rec room, and an artist’s studio can also be toured. Whether the walls have been moved out or the remodeling has been contained in an existing space, you are bound to see some surprises at the Tour.

The MBA Remodelor's Council will once again be collecting food donations for the Hunger Task Force. You will receive $2 off the admission price with the donation of two non-perishable food items (not valid on advanced ticket purchases).

Let these featured projects inspire your own remodeling visions, then call on one of our MBA professional remodelor members to help turn the concept into reality.

Sincerely,
Sue Scifo
2004 Remodelors Council Chairman
